ASTANA. Nov 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Asian Development Bank (ADB) intends to sign a $300 million agreement with Kazakhstan to finance the construction of a Kyzylorda-Zhezkazgan highway in the republic, the press service of the Kazakh president said in a Friday press release.
