Masdar from United Arab Emirates will invest $1.5 bln in wind farm project in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Nov 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar), the state-owned company from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), will invest $1.5 billion in a project for the construction of a wind power plant in the Zhambyl region, the Kazakh Ministry of Energy said in a Wednesday press release.
