MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - Participating OPEC+ countries will be able to increase oil production by 253,000 barrels per day in May according to the new plan for compensating excess output, not by the previously planned 349,000 bpd, according to Interfax calculations based on updated data from the alliance.
