KABUL. April 21 (Interfax) – Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin stated during a meeting in Kabul with Afghan Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Abdul Ghani Baradar that Kazakhstan is prepared to invest $500 million in a railway project in Afghanistan, the press service of the Afghan Deputy Prime Minister said in a statement.
