Russia's UEC prepares plan to modernize Uzbekistan's gas pumping infrastructure

TASHKENT. April 30 (Interfax) - Russian suppliers of gas turbine equipment that are part of United Engine Corporation (UEC), a division of state corporation Rostec, have drawn up a plan to modernize Uzbekistan's gas pumping infrastructure by updating more than 20 gas compressor units (GCU), UEC Engineering LLC CEO Andrei Vorobyov told reporters.
