Shymkent officials arrested in driver's license bribery scheme

ALMATY. May 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Authorities in Shymkent have dismantled a criminal network of public service center employees who allegedly sold driver's licenses without required testing, Kazakhstan's Financial Monitoring Agency announced Thursday.
