Kazakh President appoints new ambassador to Ethiopia, Kenya

ASTANA. May 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Zhalgas Adilbayev as the country’s new ambassador to Ethiopia, the presidential press service announced Friday.
