Regulator yet to approve Kaspi co-owner's bid for Jusan Bank stake
ASTANA. May 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has not yet approved the application by Kaspi co-owner Vyacheslav Kim to acquire a 97.5% stake in Kazakhstan’s Jusan Bank, with a decision expected by the end of May, according to the agency's deputy head Olzhas Kizatov.
