ASTANA. June 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Renewable energy sources (RES) facilities in Kazakhstan will be subject to financial penalties if they fail to meet their planned electricity generation targets, Vice-Minister of Energy Sungat Yessimkhanov announced during a press conference.
