Kazakhstan proposes easier language test, stricter Constitution exam for citizenship seekers

ASTANA. July 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Ministry of Science and Higher Education has proposed relaxing the state language proficiency requirements for citizenship applicants while raising the passing score for constitutional knowledge.
