Kazakhstan ready to build all three power plants alone if Russia delays financing - PM

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan will proceed independently with the construction of three coal-fired power plants in Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Kokshetau if it doesn't receive financing commitments from Russia, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said Tuesday.
