Kazakhstan aims to double copper ore production with new mining projects

ASTANA. July 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to double its copper ore output to 300 million tonnes per year by developing new major deposits, Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Olzhas Sarbekov announced at a government meeting on Tuesday.
