Kazakh President: Conflicts, sanctions worsen economic challenges for landlocked nations


ASTANA. Aug 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Conflicts and sanctions are deepening economic hardships for landlocked developing countries, which face persistent barriers to financing, technology and global markets, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday, urging stronger international support for the 32 nations home to over half a billion people.
