ASHGABAT. Aug 5 (Interfax) - A forum meant to lay the groundwork for the seventh regular consultative meeting of the Central Asian countries took place at the Congress Hall of the Avaza National Tourist Zone on Tuesday, the Turkmenistan State News Agency said.
