Kazakhstan faces irrigation water shortage due to delays from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan

ASTANA. Aug 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Southern Kazakhstan is experiencing a tense situation with irrigation water; there is agreement with Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan for the supply of 600 million cubic meters during next two weeks, Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said.
