Kazakhstan appoints Ambassador to Thailand, Permanent Representative to ESCAP

ASTANA. Aug 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Margulan Baimukhan as Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand and Permanent Representative to ESCAP, the press service of the Head of State reports.
