ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan moved a step closer to securing a UNESCO World Heritage designation for its ancient Mangystau rock mosques as a global expert began a formal evaluation of the site, the Ministry of Culture announced Thursday.
