EU to ban transactions with Alfa-Bank, MTS Bank, Absolut Bank as of Nov 12

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The European Union will impose a ban on transactions with five Russian lending institutions as of November 12 as part of the 19th sanctions package, namely Alfa-Bank, MTS Bank (MOEX: MBNK), Absolut Bank, Zemsky Bank, and NPO Istina, the EU published on Thursday in its Official Journal.
