Tokayev orders acceleration of new substation construction in Astana

ASTANA. Dec 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered the acceleration of new substation construction in the capital "without delays," and instructed the government to provide necessary funding for it.
