Kazakh airline SCAT launches direct flights from Shymkent to Russia's Krasnoyarsk

ALMATY. Dec 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - SCAT Airlines of Kazakhstan has launched a new regular service connecting Shymkent, Kazakhstan, with the Siberian hub of Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
