Kazakhstan ratifies Asia-Pacific pact on higher education recognition

ALMATY. Jan 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Senate on Thursday approved the ratification of the Asia-Pacific Regional Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications in Higher Education (known as the "Tokyo Convention") signed on November 26, 2011.
