MOSCOW. March 20 (Interfax) - Russia's Ministry of Finance has proposed adjustments to the planned phased increase of the value-added tax (VAT) on goods imported for personal use via online marketplaces. The proposed changes would accelerate the implementation timeline and raise the previously announced rate thresholds.
