Alatau will not become an offshore zone – Kazakh deputy prime minister

ASTANA. March 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Alatau will not be designated as an offshore zone, Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said on Friday.
