ASTANA. March 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has begun vaccinating livestock in the Pavlodar region, which borders Russia, in response to animal disease outbreaks in neighboring Russian regions, Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said.
