Tokayev urges Mideast conflict parties to begin talks, offers Kazakh city of Turkestan as venue

ASTANA. March 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called on the parties to the Middle East conflict to sit down at the negotiating table, proposing that Kazakhstan's city of Turkestan serve as a venue for such talks.
