Basements, parking lots to be adapted as shelters for emergencies

ASTANA. April 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has approved rules for the arrangement of shelters for the population in case of emergencies, the press service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration (MTI) reported.
