Halyk Finance opens order book for QazaqGaz Eurobonds
ASTANA. April 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Halyk Finance on Wednesday began accepting orders for the placement of 10-year Eurobonds by Kazakhstan’s national gas operator QazaqGaz, according to a press release published by Halyk Finance Wednesday.
