ASTANA. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Baiterek space rocket complex is expected to begin commercial operations no earlier than 2028, following a series of test launches of the new Soyuz-5/Sunkar medium-class carrier rocket, a senior project official said Tuesday.
