AIFC court ruling in Gazprom-Naftogaz case will not be enforced in Kazakhstan - Minister

ALMATY. May 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A court ruling issued by the Astana International Financial Centre in a dispute between Russia's Gazprom and Ukraine's Naftogaz will not be enforced on Kazakh territory because the case has no jurisdictional link to the country, Kazakhstan's justice minister said Monday.
