Five Kazakh Defense Ministry officials detained after Caspian Sea deaths – Interior Ministry

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Five officials from Kazakhstan's Defense Ministry system have been detained in connection with the deaths of servicemen during exercises in the Caspian Sea, the Interior Ministry said Friday.
