ASTANA. Sept 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan resumed enforcement proceedings on September 29, 2026 to collect a 2.3 trillion tenge fine from the Kashagan field operator, North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), according to the Justice Ministry's online database.
