ASTANA. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Russia might fail to export up to 14-15 million tonnes of wheat in the 2026-2027 agricultural year owing to logistical constraints in the Azov-Black Sea basin, though grain traders are no strangers to stress and adapt very quickly to new sales routes and importers, Institute for Agricultural Market Studies (IKAR) CEO Dmitry Rylko said on Thursday at Eurasian Agricom 2026 international grain conference in Astana.
