Kazakhstan to settle key parameters for fourth refinery by end-2026 - energy minister
ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan aims to resolve the main technical, economic and infrastructure issues for a planned fourth oil refinery by the end of this year, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
