Tokayev proposes 'CIS Plus' summit to broaden CIS ties
ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called for the CIS to develop further and expand its international ties, including by holding a first "CIS Plus" summit.
